We had a fantastic stay at the comis. the hotel is modern, and our executive room was spacious and meticulously clean. we loved the daily replenishment of the tea and coffee supplies, especially the nespresso machine. having a bus stop nearby made getting around easy without using our car. with lovely grounds and accommodating staff, it was a perfect getaway for us and our dog. breakfast offered plenty of tasty options to suit everyone's preferences, plus the swimming pool was a good bonus.
N/A, everything was great! 😊.

I had 4 nights in Douglas, spending the time here lovely. The room was top quality and well-equipped, had smoke detectors for the safety. All of the staff members were really helpful and efficient. The hotel was in a lovely position close to the golf course and surrounding countryside, and pubs. The main bar was good!

I was really impressed with the room; it was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy! The hotel is located close to Mount Murray, which was perfect for our trip. Plus, it's dog-friendly! Our pups had everything they needed, including dog beds and treats, and they loved the large fenced-in area to play in.
The breakfast was a letdown. The options were limited and the food was just okay—definitely not what I expected for a 4-star place! To top it off, the room service was basically non-existent, and we found ourselves without any fresh tea bags. kind of disappointing for the price we paid!

Review: The spacious room was beautifully clean, with the added luxury of a large shower and a bath. While the outdoor views of the golf course were lovely, the long wait for the spa and some menu items could use improvement. the staff was friendly. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-06-15}

spacious bedroom, beautiful gardens, fantastic spa treatments
A few chips in the wall need addressing!!! The dog poo bin was overflowing!!! Clearer signage would be helpful for navigating the hotel, as it was quite confusing !!!

This place is perfect for solo adventurers
I really enjoyed the evening meals, they were always hot and well prepared. The staff surprised me with a complimentary drink at the bar when I mentioned it was my birthday, that was a nice touch.
It wasn't the cheapest place but it was still justifiable.

Staying for one night in a Double Room revealed a lovely hotel with attentive staff and well-furnished, spacious accommodations. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast offering, especially the scrambled eggs, and the serene view from the dining area was a highlight. While it was a pleasant stay overall, the WiFi in the room was occasionally spotty, and clearer signage within the hotel would improve navigation. The large fenced green area for dogs.

The grounds are fine, perfect for a family getaway. We loved the spacious garden area where the kids could play while we relaxed. The dining experience was good, especially enjoying meals with a lovely view over the course.
For dads, it would be great having a designated kids' menu.

We loved the relaxing spa and the fun kids play area. There were plenty of options for unwinding, like the sauna and full body massage that we took advantage of. Only downside was the slightly slow WiFi, but it didn't really spoil the experience. 🏨

The entrance is beautifully paved with automatic doors. The fine floor-to-ceiling windows in the restaurant offer such lovely views of the Manx countryside that I was like I was dining in a painting.
Signage inside could be clearer for easier navigation.
